For complete peace of mind when arriving or departing from any Portuguese Airport, let Silver Lane organise a dedicated VIP greeter to help you with your luggage and navigate you through the airport to and from your departure and arrival gates. This service is available at 350 international airports around the world.
For a carefree arrival, our friendly greeter will be waiting at the door of the plane with a name board ready to guide you through immigration seamlessly and confidently assist with your luggage collection. At this point, you may choose to visit the arrival’s lounge if provided by your airline, or alternatively we can arrange this service for you as an optional add-on. When ready, your greeter will escort you to your Silver Lane chauffeur who will be waiting in the arrivals hall.
For departures, the greeter will welcome you at the kerbside as your chauffeur driven car pulls in, assist with your luggage and simplify your journey through check-in and security, saving you time in the process. If you wish to visit the lounge or take advantage of Duty-free shopping, our greeter will guide you to the airline lounge. The greeter is in constant touch with the airline’s departure gate and they will advise you when they should escort you to the gate for boarding. In some airports, greeters have varying abilities to jump the queue and will always endeavour to do so.
VIP MEET AND ASSIST
A service which goes above and beyond, delivering the ultimate airport experience, the VIP Meet and Assist will guarantee the benefit of a private luxury lounge where immigration procedures take place, a personal butler at your disposal and a separate security channel avoiding any queues.
Upon your arrival, you will be benefiting from a personal, seamless and private transit. A luxury car will be waiting for you at the foot of the plane to drive you to the VIP terminal where you can relax in your private suite assisted by a designated butler who will now also deal with immigration procedures. Whilst your luggage is being delivered directly to your waiting Silver Lane car, take the time to enjoy light refreshments or a meal in your suite.
Equally, if you have booked this service for your departure, your Silver Lane chauffeur will drive you to a separate entrance to the airport terminal where your butler will take over and guide you to your personal lounge. There you can relax and enjoy a selection of refreshments in utter privacy, while your luggage and immigration procedures are taken care of. At this time you will have the opportunity to visit the duty-free shopping area and process any tax refunds. Once directed to board, following a brief security check, you will be driven in a luxury vehicle to the steps of the plane.
Absolutely stellar car service. We needed to get from Lagos to Seville with our dog on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend. Silver Lane Chauffeur was very easy to reach, the communication was the best; the team was extremely helpful and responsive. Our driver was really wonderful and he was so professional, kind, and helpful. The ride was so smooth and pleasant that we were able to sleep for most of the trip! The car was spotless and comfortable. Really appreciate that we were able to make a booking for such a long trip, and that they were glad to take our dog. Highly recommend!
