When looking to rent or buy a property, we will work with you to remove the stress of having to contact different agents to arrange viewings and streamline your process by scanning the market for you. We will liaise with all relevant local estate agents, both large and independent who cover the marketplace. In some cases, we have access to off-market properties via our established network, so you can secure your preferred new home before it reaches the market. Once the brief is understood following an appraisal, we will commence our search and present you with a shortlist of potential viewings matching your requirements. We will then arrange appointments and accompany you to view your selected properties at a suitable time.
